How to Cook

① Add 500ml of water and the sauce to a pot and bring to a boil to make the broth.
② Fry the kimmari in 170°C (340°F) oil until golden and crispy.
③ Once the broth starts boiling, add the rice cakes and fish cakes and simmer over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
④ Add the udon noodles and simmer until they loosen up, then top with the fried kimmari to finish.

Tip. For an even heartier meal, add scallions, minced garlic, boiled eggs, or cheese to suit your taste.
