[Juhyun Food] Hanam Stir-fried Webfoot Octopus Medium Spicy
This is a well-known stir-fried webfoot octopus dish from Hanam, featuring tender and soft webfoot octopus meat seasoned with a moderately spicy sauce. The webfoot octopus content is over 81%, making it abundant and hearty. It is flavored with a secret sauce developed over 15 years, offering a savory and spicy taste without being sweet.

In order to more thoroughly remove foreign substances in the original water, we washed with the bubble system of the self-developed washing machine technology. An X-ray detector is used to process the cleaned material with seasonings and to more precisely screen foreign substances of different densities. After that, we packed according to the exact weight of the product with a checkweigher.

하남 쭈꾸미는 처음 주문해서 먹은 것인데요, 문어도 아니고 오징어도 아니고 문어와 오징어의 중간쯤 되는, 아마 사촌쯤 되는 것 같은데요...하남은 어디 있는지 모르겠고 아마 저기 바닷가 어디 쯤이겠지요. 이보다 더 매우면 너무 매울것 같은데 뭐 적당히 매운 맛이고 야채는 당근, 양파, 굴러 다니는 호박까지 넣어서 넉넉히 볶아서 온 식구가 잘 먹었습니다. 아이들은 뭐 그다지 좋아하지는 않았지만 꼬불 꼬불한 다리를 보면서 신기해 했구요. 양념이 많이 남아서 굴러 다니는 오징어 몇 조각을 넣어서 다시 야채 몇개 더 넣어서 밥까지 볶아서 완전 비웠습니다. 추운 날씨에 추위도 녹여주고 오랫만에 바다 고기도 같이 먹고 야채까지 덤으로 많이 먹고 다시 주문 하고 싶은 음식입니다. 잘 먹고 감사합니다.

늘 사서 냉동실에 쟁여두고 먹어요. 삼겹살 볶아서 같이 섞으면 더 맛있어요ㅎㅎ

입 맛 돋우는 붉은 양념에 잘 버무려진 주꾸미 원물이 제법 많이 들어있고 싱싱해서 바다 향 강하지 않고, 탱글한 식감도 좋고 맛있어서 2팩씩 주문하는 하남 쭈꾸미. 불향도 은은하게 풍기고, 특히나 양념이 맛있게 매콤하고 감칠맛이 좋아서 은근 중독성 있어요~ 대파와 삼겹살 곁들여서 볶은 쭈꾸미를 오돌오돌 곱창김에 싸서 먹으니, 별미군요!
